The program starts at 20 o'clock. Richard Roberts begins demonstrating his special way to make caipirinhas. Then Chef Yara Roberts invites people to participate in the cooking class when she gives cooking tips that apply to other income and makes connections between the ingredients, the dishes and the history of Brazil.
After class is served dinner, accompanied by Argentine or Chilean wine, which includes dishes that the guests and the group prepared together: starter, main course, accompaniment, salad and dessert. After dinner is served coffee, mint tea, finished with a tasting of aged cachaça of Minas Gerais.
